This Privacy Policy explains how personal data are processed when you visit this website or contact PerformX Industrial. Personal data are any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

When you access this website, the hosting infrastructure processes technical connection and access data required to deliver the website securely and reliably. These data may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system, device type, hostname and technical status information.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable and efficient operation of the website, including the detection and prevention of misuse and technical faults. IONOS processes these data on behalf of the controller. Server-log data are retained in accordance with the applicable IONOS hosting configuration and are deleted when they are no longer required for operational or security purposes, subject to any legal retention requirements.

4. IONOS WebAnalytics

This website uses the statistical evaluation functions provided with IONOS WebAnalytics. According to IONOS, the service evaluates information such as the referring website, requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access and an anonymised IP address. IONOS states that WebAnalytics does not use cookies and that visitor IP addresses are anonymised directly after transmission so that individual visitors cannot be identified from the analytics data.

The statistical evaluation serves the legitimate interest in understanding general website use and improving the website technically and commercially. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Contact by email

If you contact PerformX Industrial by email, the information you provide is processed in order to answer your enquiry and manage the related correspondence. This normally includes your email address, name, company details, message content and any other information or attachments you voluntarily provide.

If your enquiry concerns a possible representation agreement, cooperation or other contractual relationship, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general business communication, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with the legitimate interest being the efficient handling of business enquiries and correspondence.

Email is hosted by IONOS SE, which processes and stores email data on behalf of the controller. Enquiry data are retained for as long as necessary to respond to and manage the enquiry. They are deleted when they are no longer required unless a contractual relationship, the establishment or defence of legal claims, or statutory retention obligations require longer storage.

Providing personal data by email is voluntary. However, without sufficient contact information, PerformX Industrial may be unable to respond to your enquiry.

6. Contact form

When you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, company, country, website if provided, product category, email address and message) are transmitted to PerformX Industrial by email so that your enquiry can be answered. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns pre-contractual measures and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. The website does not store form submissions in a database. The email retention information above applies.

To protect the contact form against misuse, the server temporarily processes a cryptographic hash derived from the submitting IP address together with submission timestamps. A maximum of three submissions is permitted within 15 minutes. Timestamps older than 15 minutes are ignored and removed the next time the rate-limit store is accessed. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in protecting the website and email service against spam and automated misuse.

7. Cookies and external services

The contact form uses a technically necessary PHP session cookie to provide CSRF protection and prevent unauthorised form submissions. The cookie expires at the end of the browser session and is not used for tracking. This website does not use advertising cookies, third-party advertising trackers, embedded social-media feeds, external video services or Google Analytics. IONOS WebAnalytics operates without cookies as described above.

8. Recipients and data transfers

Personal data are disclosed only where this is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, where a service provider processes data on behalf of the controller, where disclosure is required by law, or where you have consented to it. IONOS is the relevant processor for website hosting and email. No transfer to recipients outside the European Economic Area is intended through the website's current functionality.

9. Your rights

Subject to the requirements of the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation.

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. A withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

11. No automated decision-making

PerformX Industrial does not use automated decision-making or profiling through this website.

This website uses HTTPS encryption where enabled by the hosting configuration. Please note that communication by email may involve security risks. Do not send sensitive or confidential information by unencrypted email unless appropriate safeguards have been agreed.

13. Updates to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the website's functionality, service providers or legal requirements change.
